including the response rate and the Agency's evaluation of the
survey method and of alternative approaches (e.g., using a
representative sample) should be submitted to OMB if the Agency
seeks to renew this ICR. * With the attached (11.06.97) Agency
changes (i.e., Response Burden revised to 1,500 hours, etc).

This is a request to collect
information to assist the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease
Registry in the user evaluation of their toxicological profiles.
Information will be collected on the affiliation of the users and
the clarity, consistency, completeness, and utility of the
discussion and information in these documents.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
