Approved as
amended by SAMHSA's 11/21/97 memorandum to OMB. HHS shall ensure
that SAMHSA and NCHS renew their consideration of including this
household survey as part of data consolidation. Renewal of the
SAMHSA Survey will be contingent on a report as to whether the two
surveys should now be consolidated, as HHS now has some experience
in how SAMHSA-specific issues might be accomodated as part of an
integrated household survey.
