Abstract: Owners or operators who construct or reconstruct major sources of hazardous air pollutants must apply for a case-by-case control determination under CAA section 112(g). State and local agencies will review applications submitted by sources and determine the required level of control. The EPA will review a percentage of the determinations in order to provide oversight.
