applicants and address this in any future request to approve this

This survey, to be completed
voluntarily by job applicants, will provide information on the
applicants' gender, race or ethnicity, disability, and the
applicants' source of information on the job vacancy. This data
will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of various recruitment
methods employed by the Department of Labor and to tailor
recruitment to meet equal employment opportunity objectives, by
ensuring a diverse pool of applicants.
