Terms of Clearance: OMB appreciates the additional justification provided for Phase III of the survey (air organizations) which has been placed in the docket. Since no actual draft of the Phase III questionaire has been submitted, we would like to review the final survey instruments before this phase of the information commences.

Abstract: The Federal Aviation Administration has initiated customer surveys throughout the Agency, requiring that every element have contact with their customers to assure that customers' needs are being met and that service is improved.
