Abstract: Rules and regulations governing the licensing of Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) systems are being added to part 25 of the Commission's rules and regulations and removed from part 100. Under the proposals, DBS applications will be filed in accordance with part 25 using the FCC form 312.
