to measure customer satisfaction of Government products/services.
DTIC's user community is composed of U.S. Government agencies and
their contractors. The surveys will provide DTIC with satisfaction
data about timeliness, use, and quality of its products and
services; assist in determining appropriate modifications to
current products and services; and play a key role in DTIC's
product development and service delivery efforts. It will allow for
collection of data that does not currently exist while meeting the
mandates of E.O. 12862, GPRA, and DTIC's strategic...
