This collection
is approved for one year pursuant to 5 CFR Part 1320. OMB
understands that EPA expects to promulgate a rule within the next
few months that would substantially revise this collection. OMB
will consider approving the revised collection for three years at
the time it is reviewed. OMB notes that EPA should be careful to
present the average burden of the collection in addition to the
total burden when it publishes Federal Register notices requesting
comments on the collection per 5 CFR 1320.8(d).
