Abstract: Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) prepare form HUD-52860 and submit it to HUD for review and approval to request HUD approval for demolition or disposiiton of public housing property. Once HUD approves the application, PHAs report to the HUD Field Office when the action is completed or if there are any delays.
