Abstract: The objective of the debt collection activities is to obtain immediate repayment or arrive at a satisfactory arrangement for future repayment due the Government. Requests for changes in loan terms, etc., must be justified. SBA form 770 is a report of the debtor's income and assets, real and personal, which is used to evaluate the financial condition of the individual.
