with 5 CFR 1320, this information collection is approved until
June, 2000, with the following terms of clearance. The agency shall
submit a full and complete explanation of the source of the
increased burden hours contained in this package. They shall also
submit a copy of the regulation associated with the information
collection. In their next submission, the agency shall incorporate
the recommendations of PRIT and any other paperwork reduction
efforts underway within the agency. The agency is reminded that all
Federal Register notices should contain the correct number of
respondents and burden hours. As there were no forms submitted or
referenced in the approved package, this approval cannot be
extended to forms currently approved for other purposes.

information, analyzing credit needs, and referring borrowers for
graduation to other credit sources.
