Abstract: This ICR calculates the burden associated with the municipal and sludge application requirements and is associated with a final rulemaking package. The rulemaking and draft ICR were sent to OMB in December 1995. This ICR will amend the current NPDES applications ICR (OMB 2040-0086). The requirements of this ICR will replace the current application requirements for publicly owned treatment works and the interim requirements for treatment works treating domestic sewage in the current ICR. The rulemaking replaces current application requirements to account for changes in the NPDES program since the original requirements
