The change in
burden the FCC is requesting is an adjustment rather than a
prorgram change. OMB continues to encourage the FCC and the FAA to
adopt a common reporting mechanism for antenna information and to
use, wherever possible, electronic reporting mechanisms. The FCC
should also add the illustrations requested in the previous terms
of clearance. The FCC has permission to use an expiration date and
to delete reference to NAD 27, provided clear instructions are
issued regarding use of the Datum of Coordinates.
