Abstract: The Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee (TPCC) has established an interagency Advocacy Center in the Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration to assist U.S. firms pursue major projects/contracts worldwide. The purpose of the Advocacy Questionnaire is to collect the necessary information to make an evaluation as to whether a U.S. firm qualifies for U.S. Government advocacy assistance.
