Abstract: This proposed regulation would require savings associations to be alert to financial improprieties by their customers. It would implement 12 U.S.C. section 1818(s) by requiring savings associations to establish and maintain procedures reasonably designed to assure and monitor compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act.
