OMB recommends that prior to resubmitting this collection to OMB for renewal, EPA revise its estimate of the respondent_universe if appropriate based on a review of the number of responses to this collection.

Abstract: Under section 112(r) of the Clean Air Act, as amended, sources must register, document risk management programs, and submit risk management plans. The plans will be submitted to EPA and be made available to State and local authorities and the general public. The plans shall include information on a source's hazard assessment, prevention program, and emergency response program.
