Each person who ships UN Class 1.1 or
1.2 explosives in international freight containers must prepare a
statement that the container has been inspected and meets the
structural serviceability provisions in the HMR. Any person
responsible for packing or loading a freight container/transport
vehicle for vessel transportation must provide the vessel operator
a statement of serviceability and that it is properly
packed/segregated.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
