Abstract: This proposed rule would modify sections 201.49, 201.55, and 201.72 of the regulations to include requirements regarding the weighing of feed whenever feed weight is used as a factor in determining payment or settlement to a livestock producer or poultry grower. The proposed modification in each section will make the requirements for feed weighing consistent with the requirements for the weighing of livestock and live poultry.
