Under section 112(r) of the Clean Air Act, as amended, sources must register and document risk management programs and submit risk management plans. The plans will be submitted to EPA and be made available to State and local authorities and the general public. The plans shall include information on a source's hazard assessment, prevention program, and emergency response program.
