Abstract: Aircraft Dealer's AC form 8050-5 is an application for a Dealer's Aircraft Registration Certificate, which under 49 U.S.C. 1405, may be issued to a person engaged in manufacturing, distributing, or selling aircraft. Information received enables the Civil Aviation Registry to determine eligibility of an applicant to receive Dealer's Certificate and issue same to correct name and address.
