The FCC is encouraged to adopt electronic filing to the extent practicable and is also encouraged to continually evaluate other sources of information that could be used to replace this collection. The FCC has permission to use an edition date in lieu of an expiration date. Because OMB expects the FCC to revise this collection before filing for the next extension, FCC does not have permission to delete the expiration date. Additionally, the FCC shall insure that the appropriate Burden Statement and notices are provided to respondents in the actual instrument.
