Abstract: The Commission has released a Report and Order in the Matter of Satellite Delivery of Network Signals to Unserved Households for Purposes of the Satellite Home Viewer Act and Definition and Measurement of Signals of Grade B Intensity ("Report and Order"). In the Report and Order, the Commission addresses its methods for determining whether a consumer is receiving and adequate television network signal under the 1988 Satellite Home Viewer Act.
