Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with changes and clarifications in DOL memos of 8-18-99 and 8-24-99. DOL will monitor the burden of the new form and submit an ICW if a change is necessary. Upon resubmittal of this collection DOL will report on the reengineering of this process. DOL will ensure that BLS is consulted on the methodology for these surveys prior to the next clearance request, and include a discussion of any issues raised as part of that process.
