Short Statement: The DOL has decreased its annual burden hours estimate from 25,000 to 22,000, due to a decrease in the estimated overall number of respondents and the number of responses from 75,000 to 66,000. The decrease in the number of responses is a reflection of a decrease in the size of the areas surveyed and the corresponding number of respondents.
