Respondents are owner/operators of sources involved in the recovery of oil and natural gas from the outer continental shelf (OCS). The information from respondents will be evaluated to determine compliance of the facilities with the OCS air regulations. State and local air pollution control agencies can request authority to implement and enforce the regulations. The EPA has delegated such authority to four agencies in California.
