Abstract: Hazardous waste combustion MACT rule has modified some RCRA provisions contained in section 261.100(h), 266.112(b), and 261.38(c) related to comparable/syngas fuel specifications, lead recovery furnace exemptions and regulations, and residues. This ICR is for collecting the data necessary to conduct the analyses, prepare and submit notices, and for recordkeeping as specificed in the rule.
