This is a proposed addendum to the currently approved information collection request (ICR) related to a proposed rule. EPA is amending the registration requirements for antimicrobial pesticide products to streamline the procedures, reduce the review periods, and improve the regulatory management of these products. This proposed rule is expected to increase the paperwork burdens slightly in some instances, while reducing them in others.
