Abstract: Public Law 104-50 gave us the authority to create our own personnel system, and we can no longer avail ourselves of the family of forms created by OPM for automating the employment process. We are creating our own family of employment forms to be used to automate the evaluation of applications in order to provide faster and better service to the public in responding to job requests.
