The circuit status data report is an
annual reporting requirement imposed on all facilities-based
international common carriers to report their international circuit
use data. The information is required under the Omnibus Budget
Reconciliation Act of 1993 to verify and monitor the payment of
fees for active international 64 Kb/s circuits. The information
also is used by the Commission and industry for monitoring for
nondiscriminatory provisioning of circuits by U.S. and foreign
carriers.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
