Abstract: FERC-537 information is required by the Commission to evaluate the feasibility of jurisdictional natural gas pipeline proposals that involve the acquisition, construction, and/or operation of facilities; provide for initial service (transmission, storage, and/or sales), any change or termination of an existing operation /service; or involve the abandonment of any existing facility and/or service/operation. In addition, the information allows the Commission to monitor the activities that are proposed/ authorized. FERC-537 reflects the changes to the Commission's regulations adopted in Docket No. RM98-16-000.
