Terms of Clearance: Approved for use through 6/2000 with the understanding that the AoA is authorized to make additional calls if deemed critically necessary to protect the vulnerable elderly (particularly in regard to the tribes and territories.) In these circumstances, the AoA should submit a note for the OMB public file and a new burden estimate via a correction worksheet._In addition, the AoA must incorporate the disclosure statements mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. For the public record, the AoA must submit to OMB the revised forms/instructions.
