Executive Order 12862 directs Federal
agencies to survey customers to determine the kind and quality of
services they want. NLM is requesting OMB approval for generic
clearance to conduct a number of customer/partner satisfaction
surveys. NLM will collect and use information gathered through
customer and/or partner surveys to identify strengths and
weaknessess in current service provisions and to make improvements
that are practical and feasible. Information from the surveys will
be used to plan and direct resources and efforts to improve or
maintain our high quality of service to affected.....
