Once the account manager makes a
one-time certification (two certifications for foreign advisers),
certain consolidated futures orders placed by an account manager on
behalf of consenting eligible customers would be exempt from the
customer account identification requirements of Regulation 1.35
(a-1), (1), (2), (i), and (4). Such orders would be allocated no
later than the end of the day.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
