Abstract: States provide EPA with information on capitalization grants and how they administer and operate Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Programs. EPA uses the data to ensure National accounta- bility, adequate public comments and review, fiscal integrity and consistent management to achieve environmental objectives. Local respondents prepare applications for Drinking Water State Revolving Fund assistance which are reviewed and approved by the states.
