Previous terms of clearance which specified that approval is
contingent upon the absence of legislative changes to the Copeland
Act that would reduce these largely unnecessary burdens are still
in effect. Should a legislative change occur, DOL will reconsider
this collection including the need for collecting the social
security numbers of employees.

Davis-Bacon Acts, attesting that proper wage rates and fringe
