As required by Section 106 of the Rehabilitation Act, as amended, these final regulations put forward a mechanism to determine acceptable performance by State vocational rehabilitation (VR) agencies. Already each State VC agency annually submits a report (the 911 Form) consisting of data from client case records. This data includes personal characteristics, descriptions of services received, and economic outcomes for clients whose cases have been closed.
