The purpose of this submission is to request OMB authorization to an additional round of follow-up for the previously cleared Sedgwick County Study (OMB #0920-0401). The Sedgwick County Study 36-month Follow-up is an important next step in the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC's) ongoing research program as it allows for a comprehensive longitudinal algorithm of this illness. Conducting a 36-month Follow-up in Sedgwick County will provide an estimate of the clinical course of fatiguing illness over three years of follow-up.
