Abstract: Title IV of the National Parks Omnibus Management Act of 1998 and its implementing regulations requires the National Park Service to establish new procedures for the solicitation, award, and administration of concession contracts. The information collected will be used by NPS to review for construction for capital improvements, and appeal decisions on new concession contracts.
