Title IV of Public Law 105-391 and its implementing regulations require the National Park Service (NPS) to establish new procedures for the solicitation, award, and administration of concession contracts. The information collected will be used by NPS to make determinations on the granting of leasehold surrender interest in considering appeals of preferred offeror determinations.
