Title IV of Public Law 105-391 and its
implementing regulations require the National Park Service (NPS) to
establish new proce- dures for the solicitation, award, and
administration of concess- ion contracts. The information collected
will be used by NPS to make determinations on the granting of
leasehold surrender interest in considering appeals of preferred
offeror determina- tions.
