The agency
should resubmit the final draft of this ICR after taking into
consideration any comments received on the proposed Asbestos
Abatement Worker Protection Rule. The agency should provide to OMB
a summary of comments received on the information collection
aspects of the rule, as well as the agency's response to those
comments. The agency is encouraged to continue to improve burden
estimates by updating hour per respondent estimates using OSHA
experience, and also by revising wage estimates taking into account
guidance provided by EPA's Office of Environmental Information and
OMB.
