Abstract: Proposed Rule 4.27 entitled "Public Reporting by Operators of Certain Large Commodity Pools" would implement key recommendations of the President's Working Group on Financial Markets by requiring the largest commodity pool operators to file initial summary descriptions of their risk managment practices and quarterly reports containing aggregate financial and risk information.
