Terms of Clearance: The information collection provisions associated with the NPRM for the 60-2 regulation are not approved at this time. DOL is examining public comment in response to this NPRM. Abstract: Recordkeeping and reporting obligations incurred by Federal contractors under E.O. 11246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Section 4212 of the Vietname Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act are necessary to substantiate compliance with nondiscrimination and affirmative action requirements enforced by OFCCP.
