collection provisions associated with the NPRM for the 60-2
regulation are not approved at this time. DOL is examining public
comment in response to this NPRM. The preamble to the final rule
will address how the agency has addressed comments related to
minimizing the burden of this collection while maximizing its
utility.

Recordkeeping and reporting
obligations incurred by Federal contractors under E.O. 11246,
Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Section 4212 of
the Vietname Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act are
necessary to substantiate compliance with nondiscrimination and
affirmative action requirements enforced by OFCCP.
