The revisions to
this ICR, which are associated with a new proposed rule, are not
approved. The agency may continue to collect information associated
with the agency's current rule until 8/2001. At the final rule
stage, the agency must resubmit this ICR to OMB for review. In
order to receive clearance of this package, the agency must (a)
submit the package as a revision, not an extension, and (b) clearly
state in the supporting statement what new information collection
requirements are associated with this new rule. The agency must
specifically identify and discuss these changes. The agency must
also respond to all public comments received on the information
collection requirements and make any changes to the ICR in response
to these comments where appropriate.
