The small disadvantaged business procurement credit programs implement DOJ's proposal to reform affirmative action in Federal procurement, which was designed to ensure compliance with the constitutional standards established by the Supreme Court. The credits include: (1) Price Evaluation Factor Targets and (2) Certification.
