Abstract: Some of the information is needed to assure compliance with Cargo Preference Act requirements and provide exceptions when justified; explanation of price adjustments are used to assure that funds are properly credits and Host Countries are notified of the adjustments; and documentation requirements justify the payment of U.S. government funds for specific shipments.
