Abstract: 47 CFR Part 52, Subpart C implements section 251(b)(2) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, which requires all local exchange carriers to offer number portability in accordance with requirements prescribed by the Commission. All the requirements will be used to implement Section 251 of the Communications Act, as amended.
