Abstract: PHAs submit applicable CGP forms for modernization assistance for 250 or more units owned or operated by the PHA. PHAs must identify all of the physical and management improvements needed for all of its developments (comprehensive plan) for CGP funds and submit the information to HUD. PHAs report to HUD annually on the CGP.
