Abstract: This program supports the development or enhancement, implementation, and evaluaiton of innovative programs that (1) provide models or proven effective practices that will assist schools and communities around the Nation to improve their programs funded under the SDFSCA; and (2) develop, implement, evaluate, and disseminate new or improved approaches to creating safe and orderly learning environments in schools. This collection falls under the Streamlined Discretionary Grant Process, 1890-0001.
