Terms of Clearance: Approval consistent with prior terms of clearance dated 11/20/95. Also approved consistent with EDs memos dated 10/25/00, 10/30/00, & 11/3/00. In addition ED agrees to provide OMB in November of each year with an updated list of surveys with this OMB number. Lastly, ED can continue to use and collect information using the previously approved surveys included in Appendix B of this package.
